In case you mistakenly purchase the wrong size, we do offer in-store credit which can be used through our website to reorder the same piece of merchandise, for the same value NOT including shipping and handling costs which will be assumed by the buyer. When ordering and paying at Wild & Pacific® the buyer is assuring that he or she is 18 years or older or has his parent ́s or legal guardian ́s permission to execute the purchase.
In the case of unforeseeable circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, accidents or wars, no costs will be assumed by Wild & Pacific®.

All Wild & Pacific® orders are sent using DHL Express or FedEx with an estimated delivery time of 4 to 7 full business days. All orders are processed during the week (Monday to Friday) and shipped the following business day.
